unique online application process will allow you to

often as you like and return at any time to complete
the form in its entirety.
In order to make your online application experience
a pleasant one, you can save your progress as you fill
out the form. You can save and return as many times
as necessary to complete the form in its entirety.

it before beginning the online portion. Follow these
steps to complete the online application:
- Create an online Account
- this allows you to save your progress and
return at any time to complete the form. Information
gathered from your account WILL NOT be shared with
any other parties, and is used only in the saving
of your form data.
- Login Now
- If you already have an account and wish to continue
filling out the application.
- Complete the form - You can use the menu
on the left to jump between sections. After all sections
are completed, you may fill in the last section and
complete your application.
Online application to the Cleveland International Piano Competition is made in two stages.
- Stage One requires completion of the entire online application form.
- Stage Two requires submission of a performance video. Application forms will be reviewed
and a select number of candidates will be chosen to proceed to Stage Two. Although you must complete the
entire application form at this time, do not submit a performance video until you have been invited to do so.
Important dates:
- Completed applications with supplementary documents must be postmarked or electronically submitted by December 1, 2008 ($100 US application fee) or by
December 15, 2008 ($150 US application fee).
- Applicants will be notified whether or not they have advanced to Stage Two by January 19, 2009.
- Applicants who are permitted to make their own video recording must submit it by March 1, 2009.
