Please be advised that road closures in and around University Circle may affect traffic during the Cleveland International Piano Competition for Young Artists. See maps below and click HERE for more information 0n the Ohio Department of Transportation’s website.
Mayfield Rd. between Euclid Ave. and E. 126th St. will only be open to westbound traffic during construction. Eastbound motorists will be detoured via Euclid Ave. and Superior Rd. to return to Mayfield Rd. The expected duration of the Mayfield section of the project is May 14 through the end of June 2018.
Chester Ave. will be resurfaced between E. 93rd St. and Euclid Ave. Traffic will be maintained with one lane in both directions, with lanes first shifted to the north side of the roadway for work to take place on the southern half of the road. The expected duration of the Chester section of the project is May 14 through October 2018.

PARKING AT CLEVELAND INSTITUTE OF MUSIC
Free parking for CIPC for Young Artists events is available in the CIM parking lot on Hazel Drive. There is also street parking on Hazel Drive and East Boulevard that can accommodate those attending competition events. If the CIM lot is full, and depending upon their schedules, adjacent institutions’ parking facilities (Cleveland Botanical Garden and Western Reserve Historical Society) may also be available. CIM’s East Boulevard and Hazel Drive entrances are wheelchair accessible.
PARKING AT MALTZ PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
There is a surface lot available directly across the street to the Maltz Performing Arts Center. The lot is accessible from 105th Street. Special event parking is $7; it is recommended that exact change is used to help with the flow of traffic. When the lot is full, overflow parking will be available, as directed, at the same special event parking rate.

PARKING AT CLEVELAND MUSEUM OF ART
The parking garage is accessible from Jeptha Drive at the northwest corner of the museum’s campus. The garage’s top level is at street level and a short walk from the museum’s north entrance. The middle level of the garage connects to the lower-level of the museum through an interior tunnel. From the bottom level of the garage, visitors must ascend to the middle or top by way of the stairs or elevator.
