The Cleveland International Piano Competition is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated promoting and celebrating piano music. Classical music performed on the piano is an art form that speaks to both the heart and mind. It adds beauty to our lives. In competitions it adds drama. And very often, it brings people to their feet in awe and appreciation. CIPC was founded in recognition of the timeless magnificence of piano music and works tirelessly and enthusiastically to ensure its future in Cleveland.

Cleveland International Piano Competition is held every four years, alternating every two years with CIPC for Young Artists, an international competition for pianists aged 12 to 17. The organization also presents a year-long concert series in competition off years and coordinates an extensive community outreach and education program designed to bring music into the lives of public school students, the elderly, and the community at large.

Please make a gift and join our community. Invest in CIPC and together we can discover and sustain the next generation of classical pianists.
